General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the Jasmin d'Orient online store and any person making a purchase on the website https://jasmin-dorient.fr/.

1. Purpose

These GTC aim to define the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Jasmin d'Orient online store. Purchasing a product through this website implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

2. Products

The products offered are the traditional and Kabyle dresses presented on the Jasmin d'Orient website, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description and photographs that are as accurate as possible, although minor color variations (due to screen settings or artisanal dyeing processes) may occur.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices: Prices are indicated in Euros (€) excluding delivery charges. Jasmin d'Orient reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the buyer.

Payment: Payment is due immediately upon ordering. You can pay by credit card or via other secure payment methods offered by Shopify.

4. Orders and Processing Times

Upon order confirmation, the buyer receives a confirmation email.

Shipping Time: Jasmin d'Orient commits to processing, preparing, and shipping the order within a maximum of 5 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery and Customs Fees

Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated during the ordering process.

International Customs Fees: For all deliveries outside the European Union (particularly to the United States, Canada, etc.), import taxes, customs duties, or brokerage fees specific to each country may be applied upon arrival of the package. These customs fees and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Jasmin d'Orient cannot under any circumstances be held liable for reimbursing or covering these government fees.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product at their own expense for exchange or refund.

Condition:

Dresses must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Any damaged or stained product will not be accepted for return.

7. Liability

In the online sales process, the seller is only bound by an obligation of means. The company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional problems, as well as delivery delays attributable to the carrier (La Poste, UPS, etc.).

8. Dispute Resolution

These online sales terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
