Shipping policy
At Jasmin d'Orient, every order is prepared with the greatest care. We do everything we can so that your beautiful traditional dresses reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect packaging.
đŠ Processing and shipping times
Our commitment: All orders are processed, prepared and shipped within a maximum of 5 business days after your payment is confirmed.
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.
đ International delivery and customs fees
We ship to the European Union, Switzerland and the United States. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom or Canada. Rates and delivery times for each destination are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
For deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United States): Customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country or by the carrier on delivery.
Important: In line with international trade rules, these customs fees and local taxes are paid exclusively by the buyer. Jasmin d'Orient has no control over these legal fees and receives no part of these taxes.
