Refund policy

At Jasmin d'Orient, we take great care in selecting our Kabyle dresses and in their quality. We want every piece to bring you complete satisfaction.

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return your item.

Return conditions

For your return to be accepted by Jasmin d'Orient, the dress must meet the following criteria:

New condition: The dress must not have been worn (other than a quick try-on), washed or altered.

Integrity: The dress must be free of any trace of perfume, make-up, odour or any other alteration.

Accessories: All items supplied with the dress (matching belt, headpieces, etc.) must be returned.

Packaging: The dress must be returned in its original packaging, carefully folded to protect the embroidery and ornaments.

Non-returnable items

Dresses that have been customised or made to measure (to your exact measurements) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items sold during specific promotions marked "no returns or exchanges" are excluded from this policy.

Return procedure

Notification: Contact our team at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Shipping: Once your request is approved, send the item back to the following address:

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Jasmin d'Orient cannot be held responsible for parcels lost by the carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive your parcel, we will carefully check the condition of the dress. If it meets the conditions, we will refund your order to your original payment method within 7 days.

Defective or non-conforming item

If, despite our quality checks, your dress has a defect or does not match its description, contact us immediately at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com with clear photos. Jasmin d'Orient is committed to finding the most suitable solution (exchange or full refund).
