Delivery & Lead Times

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days within mainland France.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us in its original, unworn condition and with its tags. Please contact us before any return by email at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com.

How do I make an exchange?

To exchange a model, please contact us by email at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com. We will do our best to satisfy you as quickly as possible.

Are return shipping costs my responsibility?

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Size Guide

What sizes do you offer?

The majority of our dresses are one size, fitting from S to XL. When an item is available in specific sizes, this is clearly mentioned on the product page.

How do I know if a dress is one size?

If no size is specified on the product page, the dress is one size (S to XL). Otherwise, the available sizes are indicated directly on the product page.

Dress Care

How do I care for my Kabyle dress?

We recommend hand washing or machine washing at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid tumble drying. Iron at low temperature on the reverse side of the fabric to preserve embroidery and embellishments.

Do the colors hold up after washing?

Yes, our fabrics are selected for their quality and durability. However, we recommend a separate first wash for brightly colored items.

Customization & Made-to-Measure

Do you offer made-to-measure dresses?

Yes, we offer made-to-measure creations for special occasions. Contact us by email at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com to discuss your project and get a personalized quote.

Can I customize an existing dress?

Some customizations are possible (color, embroidery, length). Write to us at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com to discuss it.
