Shipping & Delivery Times

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days in mainland France and 5 to 10 business days within the EU and Switzerland.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the European Union, Switzerland and the United States. Times and costs vary by destination and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

You have 14 days after delivery to return an item in its original condition, unworn and with its tags. Please contact us before any return at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com.

How do I make an exchange?

To exchange a model, e-mail us at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help you as quickly as possible.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Size Guide

Which sizes do you offer?

Most of our dresses are one size, fitting S to XL. When an item is available in specific sizes, this is clearly stated on the product page.

How do I know if a dress is one size?

If no size is specified on the product page, the dress is one size (S to XL). Otherwise, the available sizes are shown directly on the product page.

Caring for Your Dress

How should I care for my Kabyle dress?

We recommend hand washing or machine washing at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid tumble drying. Iron at low temperature on the reverse side to protect the embroidery and ornaments.

Do the colours hold up in the wash?

Yes, our fabrics are selected for their quality and durability. However, we recommend washing brightly coloured pieces separately the first time.

Customisation & Made-to-Measure

Do you offer made-to-measure dresses?

Yes, we offer made-to-measure creations for special occasions. E-mail us at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com to discuss your project and get a personalised quote.

Can I customise an existing dress?

Some customisations are possible (colour, embroidery, length). Write to us at jasmindorientparis@gmail.com to discuss it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We do not store any bank details on our site.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay in 4 interest-free instalments with PayPal, directly at checkout.
